Thanks for your concern, Ben! I actually didn't want to talk much about him in this article! Because that's not my point and I kind of felt bad for letting him go. We talked with him, told him his problems and where he could work to improve his skill. But we didn't want to disrespect him, so we didn't tell him or charge him why he lied! Our CTO also gave him some useful resources to improve his skills! I understand your comments! This is my fault I didn't clear all the facts about him. I did it intentionally in the article to focus on bigger things ( one shouldn't lie in his/her resume).
